The Kitbox challenge
Three schools, 36 students, one founding partner. And a load of kit…
M&C Saatchi has recently been working on a project with Kitbox, a company that equips students with business knowledge before they leave school, by working with them to set up their own companies selling school uniforms.
So what did we do to help?
The agency launched a mini advertising scheme to teach Kitbox students about the world of media, and the goings-on at 36 Golden Square, arming them with skills they could put to use within their Kitbox businesses. We tasked them to come up with their own advertising campaign, and four weeks later they returned to present their ideas to a panel of judges; founding partner David Kershaw, creative director Mark Goodwin, Head of Art Grant Parker and strategy director Sabrina Douglas. The winning team, from QPCS School worked with our in-house designers to create their final poster and Facebook page – we think they did a pretty epic job!
